At Bar Stool Centre, we want you to love your new seating; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original packaging. Our goal is to make the return process as seamless as the rest of your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Carefully disassemble the bar stools and pack them securely in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a courier collection.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
